LEADERSHIP AND CHARISMA

Our world needs leaders. And effective leaders need charisma and communication skills to be truly effective.

Leaders are individuals that are willing to take responsibility for their actions; they can generate inspiration and motivation in others; and they stand on the frontlines of change whenever it needs to occur.

The good news is that these are not “God given gifts”, but are behavioural qualities that can be learned and developed with the proper training.

Charismatic people tend to be respected, followed and listened to; they can make things happen in business and create a culture of excellence wherever they operate. Charisma is about having vision, expressing ideas and being fully energised.

To help others develop charisma and effective communication skills we have created a 3 day course that will enable you to have a solid foundation upon which you can build your charisma and communication skills, developing these vital qualities and allowing you to take them to the next level.

You will learn:

How to create concrete and well shaped objectives

• How to “break down” your objectives into easy to achieve practical steps

• How increase your own motivation using the latest Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques

• How to build a rapport with your audience using the mirroring technique

• How to read body language

• Vocal techniques that will empower your voice

• Techniques that will help you to strengthen your menthal and physical energy

During this course we will analyse some of the world’s greatest leaders and explain what qualities make them so charismatic and able to lead effectively.

You will interact with the other course participants, performing exercises in workshops that will enable you to gain immediate experience of each and every technique shared during the course.

This course is addressed to professionals and individuals ready to take responsibility for their careers, their lives and the environment they live in.
